Step 1: Book an Intro Call
A free 15-minute consultation to assess the dispute and see if mediation is right for you.
Step 2: Submit Conflict Summary
Each party provides a brief outline of the issue and desired outcomes — no legal documents needed.
Step 3: Pre-Mediation Call (Optional)
If needed, we hold a confidential call with each party to prepare and reduce tension.
Step 4: Mediation Session
Structured joint and private sessions via Zoom or in-person. Most disputes resolve in 2–6 hours.
Step 5: Summary or MOU
We help draft a summary of what was agreed. You can take this to your legal team if needed.
